Couple of guys contacted me wanting any info they can get....first is a MK1 that raced as a sports sedan but the guy has bought it less log book. Hes completely rebuilt the car with new parts and is looking really good, the pic shows how it was when he bought it.

I will go back through my clippings HTC. The closest I could find on the Mk1 I posted up on the thread already. The car definitely does look familiar. It may have appeared in an early FF&R article. The Mk2 looks like it could easily have ended up as an Improved Production. I pretty much only horde Sports Sedan articles.

yeh greg carr won the arc 3 or so times. that was the paint job on one of his escorts. he raced it against ari vatanen (and matched him).
