History on a old Mazda R100 Sport Sedan

Postby Htc Motorsport » Thu Jul 02, 2009 5:27 pm

I remember the car as a kid, i remember the first time i heard it and quickly grabbing at my ears, it was so loud, great find. I also remember another R100 of similar looks that a guy with a Japanese name was driving i dont think it is the same car. Paint was red, green and white. Dont know of to many R100's that ran as sports sedans but found these photos of an R100.....maybe the same car. What i did notice on all the photos above is how the guards have changed.

52's seemed to be the going pace for the small high powered rotors. Jamie miller ( Escort) Ric Shaw ( rx3) Joe said ( Fiat )

Speaking of the Jamie miller escort......... what happened to it ? Last i heard it found a home at Byron Bay about 6-7 years ago. Another weapon fallen by the wayside?
