First off, many thanks to Shane for all his patience whilst I sold my bike and got organised....
Great to be back in a Sports Sedan (my last one Ford Anglia Rotary) and ready for some fun.... Funny story I actually sold this car to Shane many years ago as I was moving to Papua New Guinea for a contract... So it's great to own it again and actually get a chance to race it (was just a roller back then) .... Shane and his team (JDR) have done an Awesome job with the car and I can't beleive how much it has changed over the years.... Been a while since I have raced a car so the first plan is a Hill Climb at Mt Cotton in a few weeks to get my eye in and start the process of gaining my licence again...

It looks like a "Petty Bar" as we run in our Torana.
Ours goes from above my head at the main hoop to the base of the windscreen.
From front on it does give the appearance of being a "Larry Bar".
Phillby, any chance of having your licence all sorted out to run at Morgan Park in August?

Thanks for the info toranaracer, thats great... probably wont make August.... Been a few years since I have raced (Anglia), so I need to get my head round the car (and myself back up to speed) before I start sharing a track with others :)

Good Evening
I am chasing any old pictures people might have of the old Rod Bailey Mazda 323 when it used to run at Lakeside in the Mid 80's and early 90's ....
I currently own the car and looking to restore it to its original look and livery with signwritting etc ...
Have been searching Hi and Low on the Internet and contacted companies lilke Autopics.com.... but coming up with Zilch !!
Anyway... hope you might be able to help.... if yo dont have a scanner I can pay for postage scan them and return them to you (if thats acceptable) ...
Look forward to hearing any information ...
Cheers !!

Hi Phillby,
I have gone through the archives and all I could find was this (if this even is your car)
