Hi All,

I bought the vehicle described above from a guy in Melbourne about 18 months ago and had it freighted to Perth. After much faffing around I'm hoping to get it on the track at Barbagallo in the next few months. A mate who has run a similar car previously is helping and told me to find out what I could about the cars build specs. Some research has lead me to believe it once belonged to Toymax on this forum. I've PMed Toymax, but am quite keen to get in touch and was hoping that if anyone has regular contact with him if they could ensure he is aware of my query.

Thanks, Baggins

Thanks heaps Michael. as it turns out I had sent a PM to Andrew and he has got back to me. Sounds like he's keen to discuss it which is just fantastic from my point of view. As he pointed out the car has been through a few sets of hands since he sold it, so it may have changed but at least its a start. I might try to track the Alcocks down just because I'd really like to know the vehicles story.

In the meantime, I had a look at the Logbook (didn't think of it earlier...genius :)). If anyone knows the whereabouts of Stephen Capewell (Lake Illawarra) or Allan Riches (Berowra Heights) I'd like to make contact if possible.

Cheers, Phil

Hello the Alcocks originally raced the car in the 2 litre sports sedan series in Victoria then I think Joy told me they were living around The Oakes area in Nsw It might be an idea to get in contact with the 2 litre people in Victoria at www.2litress.com they might know a bit more about the car.
