Sandown - Final Round

Discuss anything related to the Kerrick National Series

Sandown - Final Round

So who will be making the trip to support the final round of the Kerrick National Series at Sandown?

We will be there to see if we can complete every race of every National round in 2010.

With this round being nominated as part of the ASSA Vic Club Championship, hopefully we can entice some additional State level cars to bolster the field.

Sandown - Final Round

Postby Phast Phil » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:16 am

The Mustang will be there as we love the Sandown bitumen.

I sincerely hope you do finish every heat as it is rare that any team regardless of the effort has achieved that....with the exception of John Briggs in 1996 who actually won every race I think!

We do welcome all the Victorian state racers to this and we need a good strong event to finish off the year as no round has been particularly pleasing numbers wise this year yet. It started off OK at WP but we have struggled for a good field ever since.

Vic was the home base of SS racing in the past so this is an oppportunity to once again show your strength at the one of the best venues in the country.

Sandown - Final Round

Postby Mopar358 » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:10 pm

Hear hear I say, a good field for the last round of the championship would be great. That retrobrate Kerry (Ball Bag) Baily will be too busy observing naked frivolity from his apartment on the Goldcoast to attend the last round. But seriously lets hope that Niel Bryson gets his gorgeous Tony Ave 2010 Mustang out, Bob Gill givs the Greenslade Mustang a run and the Camaro of Mr Munday makes the field. There is a fantastic history of Sport Sedans in Vic and Sandown gives them the opportunity to strech their legs. I enjoyed last weekend at E CREEK but hope that we have an even more stellar field and close racing at Sandown. See you guys there.

I'd say the white door would be very significant, Bob should be able to get in and out now.
