What an awesome weekend at Oran Park...32 cars on the grid and great racing right thru the field.....nothing wrong with combining the National and State cars it seems!

A big thanks to the NSW Assoc for making the National guys welcome and to the NSW Racing Club and Oran Park raceway who put on a great event.

Congrats to Kerry Baily for winning the round and to Des Wall who will be taking a 15 point lead into the last round at Phillip Island. It looks like the National Series Champ will be decided in the last race on Sunday. Both Darren and Tony will have to bring there "A" game if they are going to beat Des to the 2009 National Sports Sedan title.

Top 5 point standing is:
Des Wall 183
Darren Hossack 168
Tony Ricciardello 164
Kerry Baily 141

Indeed Nadz, I can't wait!

I'm hoping for a fun, safe weekend with fine weather throughout :)

I've grooved up some good slicks, so that should guarantee three days of beautiful sunny weather :)

I'll be seeking out loser to show me the quick way around the Island ;)

hey guys, some unfortunate news. Chris Jackson has cut open one of his fingers and had to have micro surgery. This has left his left hand in plaster and will not be able to take part in the Phillip Island round. we will be back for 2010

That would explain his lack of replies to some emails this week.
Tell him I am available to drive his rocket for him at PI as the Mustang is still awaiting some body parts from the good ole USA. I wont hold my breath though hahaha.
I wish Chris a painfree recovery. Hopefully not in plaster for too many weeks.
