Chrysler Sports sedan WANTED!

I have a mate who is keen on getting a Sports Sedan...
He loves his Mopars and wants a Charger or something along those lines...
Does anyone know someone who has one!?

Good luck with that, wouldnt think there would be too many out there.... Maybe a new 300c would be nice..

Look for one with similar roof position and wheelbase. Run it a couple of times to get the thrill. If he is still keen, then re-body and re-log book it. The modern rules accomodate this sort of modification now. I would start with one of the tranzam camaro's or something. Would be the quickest way to get a charger sports sedan (that is competitive).

Definitely not many of them out there.

There is the McCormack car still around (any updates on the resto of this?), Clem's and then there was another Charger that is fully restored. I can't recall who use to drive it though. Think it is orange and white. That is all I know of. Oh and there was a Valiant running in the early 90's, may have even been Bill Harris. It was involved in that shunt of Doherty's off the start at Amaroo. May have even rolled it.

Shame he is not into Mercedes with that car still supposedly sitting over in WA. Keep an eye out in NZ, there is often some bargains on here:

Mark Nelson's Saab is halfway there with the Mopar engine in it. Just change the body of that????
