Good kart history, 1600cc vee lap record holder at Basky and race winner in National F3 this year and fastest laps on three different circuits. He is only 19 but has a very level head, understands car setup. He comes from a motor racing dynasty with his grandad Leon Burdon winning a number of championships with indecently fast SS with an EH to start then Alloy head Gemini 6 and then a VH Commodore with a Tate red motor alloy Phil Irving and Turbo draw through set up which did 54 second laps at Baskeville. Josh's dad Roger was a handy peddler in HQs and Commodore cup before building the Yellow Cab franchise in Southern Tasmania. Like everybody he is low on funds but high on talent and desire. We have offers of F3 and Utes for next year dependent on budget. I think that he would adapt to any car as he posted competitive times in everything he has driven. We are on the search for some loot at the moment and SS drives in a fast car is a good showcase for young talent without the 80k a round to do Fujitsu!!!!!!!!
