tony bought it off your dad and ran it as a commodore for years didnt he? he got it down to a 1.08 at oran park!
he then sold the commo body shell to commodore 51 and started moulding the monaro around it.
now its owned by another smithy!

bob jolly bought a kit off your dad too, to make his commo didnt he? the one ricey just sold

anyway back on topic, with the white one with stripes it has two bars running vertical down the centre of the window. if this car is going to run next year with sport sedans, why carnt an oztruck run with only the one centre bar???

nah i dont think your old man had it long enough to sort it out before he sold it, tony wasnt doing 8's until years later after multiple developjments.

prob not best to bring up the oz truck eligibility debate here mate, the bar thing is a cams issue. and i know that car and people like bailies 300zx
have a bar running across the windscreen. you wont find many sports sedan guys who are against having a bar mid screen.
The majority of people on here dont like that they are a truck bodyshape rather than a few small chassis differences. Search oz truck and check out
the many many arguments about them on here.

Buy the gemini off your uncle and run that! its a great little car

Sorry to drag up an old thread but i remember Greg's Commodore coming to my work for a display iirc, at Fastlane Kart track. I think Barry Morcom's Falcon was there to and we had some kart races.

We did a similar thing with Jammo's Falcon in 92 at Speed Machine Minto..
