no i was working..... we still have a problem to find that we didnt fix. see how he goes for time to make the first state round.

new car for me?? i wish! no i think once we do the planned work on the 131 it will be like a new car. another 100hp and boost that arrives at 4000rpm instead of 6200.... that will make a WORLD of difference.

im in no rush to make the first meeting tho, i dont plan on doing the full season in hope of saving some money to do the 50k plate.

A mate sent a couple of photos of this Alfa, was at Mazfix in QLD having some work done, apparently had a turbo rotary in it. I have another foto of it he sent me in the workshop but it wont open to be able to edit it. Is this car still running and where did it come from

Hi fellas, Paul Hibberd here, thats Laurie Smith's Alfa, a top bloke who is based on the Gold Coast. The car the last time I raced against Laurie (Oct 08) had a 13B Turbo, he had serveral heating issues etc etc with it.
I spoke to Laurie 3 weeks ago, he tells me he is transplanting a 6lt Chev into the Alfa. I really can't wait to see it go!

Cheers PH
