I see it was an old touring car in England converted to Thunder Saloon regs. Was written off this year. Google, Thunder Saloons and there is a heap of sites relating to race cars that race in this class. I even see some old Group A Commodores all hotted up like our Sports sedans.

There was a write up in Australian Muscle Car mag. I remember it when i was a kid and a local Ivan Piantenesi raced it.

I've seen more on other websites but cant find them. I remember it being an old english touring car and being brought out here and gradually changed in to a sports sedan. No matter who worked on the car it was never very good. Very evil handling thing and the body shell kept breaking and bending.
