I know its probably not possible with the regs the way they are but couldnt we make compensation for cars like Iain Prettys replica GT40... That car just oozes tuff and would look great out there with sports sedans, perhaps a class that accepts these soughts of vehicles...

Rear engined and 900kg, he may have a car that is optimized to those rules but what about the other 100 sports sedans that are built to the traditional regs. Same argument as 4wd cars, people will need to follow trend to keep up, which just ends up extra $$$ for competitors who are already struggling as it is.

We have a good set of rules and we will stick with cars only that fall within those rules. Otherwise you may as well throw the rule book in the bin.
Next year our Kerrick series tech officer (yes we have already hired one for the full 2010 series via CAMS) will be making sure we all follow the rules.
Make sure your cars are legal otherwise the normal penalties will apply.
A GT 40 is only 40 inchs high (that is where the name come from), if he was on my right side I doubt if I would see it!!!
