So he owns Ichiban does he Toymax???

Stevedat personally I would repaint it as the Foundation 41 car as bland a colour scheme as it was. It will always be remembered as the Mike Griffen car, not from Steve Anderson's ownership. Difficult decision for you.

It really was a pocket rocket that Datto.

http://www.ichiban.com.au/about_us.htm

The managing director of Ichiban has spent most of his life in and around cars, having worked for a national enginereconditioner for 9 years before starting his own business in 1975. He commenced importing from Japan in 1977.

He has also spent many years in the motorsports scene having raced everything from a rotary powered 120Y and Monza sports sedan to a Falcon touring car in which he also ran 4 Bathurst 1000 races.

They look like Mawer's but I would have thought they would have been stamped if they were. I can't find any colour pics but may be able to give you a screen scrape from a DVD.

Hi,

Watched it on Ebay nearly bid on it but I have enough unfinished projects. I was a quick car in 79 and 80.
I think someone Donnely owned it in late 80's early 90's and then went to a bloke Silvo for a couple off years. Then went to another guy, who I will ask around where he is. He should have the log book?

PM me your email address and I have some things about the car. Google will help you. I spent a few nights looking before the Ebay aution ended.
