Starting from the immediately above.
I don't know the Wilmington sponsored car.
That car Ken had for sale was the ex-Russel Nobel, and Stewart Humphries car which I think prior to Stewie was previously owned by Basset (can't be sure) and can't check as Stewie pased away about 12-15 months ago. Ken had both cars for about 12 - 18 months at that time.
The car with the Kogge built engine don't know it. Although there have been plenty of cars built for Hillclimbs and club sprints in recent years.
The orange one not from Victoria so I have no hope.
Number 11 again the back ground looks like NSW so no hope.
Yates car as far as I know ran in Victorian 2 litre events apart from that can't help.
No. 10 with WJM Rotaries is Ken House in the current car some time in the late 90's.

By the way the Frank Tyler car I can vaguely remember as I only saw it a couple of times.

Hope this helps Mike Jacobson

John Strudwick was the owner/driver and you are correct it had 6 litre V8 in it.
I am pretty sure it was a full space frame car although I have a pretty vague
memory of it. It ran late in the 1990s early 2000s, I haven't seen it for many
years now.

Another case of "who's garage is it sitting in and why?"

The Yates car #68 was sold to Grant Bertrand in Victoria. He ran it for a few years winning the 2001-2500cc club championship in it in 2008? He's since got engaged and having a spell but has the car at home and will bring it out again soon we hope!

After a bit of thought about Ron Newbounds car I am certain it was scrapped after the big crash and thats when Barn built the RX7 series 2. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure thats what happened.
