tow vehicle

hi folks , i have a 1998 holden suburban for sale which i have previously used as a tow vehicle with a semi enclosed trailer. i have had a much larger enclosed trailer built and bought a silverado dually to tow it, so the 'burb' has to go.

it is black with leather trim , has a 5.7 ltr vortec engine which has a custom set of headers and twin system, the trans was rebuilt about 10k ago with heavy duty kit and has an external cooler fitted. the rear end has had new bearings and a new crown wheel and pinion and was done by claridge holden in adelaide. the vehicle has done just over 230,000 kms .

it ha s a set of 18 '' anterra wheels and dueller tyres and i have a set of original wheels as well.

the vehicle spent most of it's life carrying tourists through the rain forests west of cairns and belonged to down under tours from new. the paint has some cracking on the roof and the actuator to engage 4wd doe not work. this has not been an issue as it has been a tow vehicle not a bush basher for me.

overall it is a very tidy and good looking vehicle .
