Really pissed off that I had to catch the early flight back on Sunday night, wont make that error next year, great racing, Darren and that Audi FAAAAAAARK, tell me that weapon isnt the best sedan in the world. Hell i love the Euro cars in the Italian Championship(not 2 litre shitboxes, the V8 Bimmers, Chrysler 300c, Commodores etc. I love Trans AM cars as well but the speed of that Audi is Mad. Great racing throughout the field, the speed of Homers SB2.2 was very impressive. Bruce Banks drove as well as i have ever seen him, and Coxys debut in the Saab was great. With the two Senese Corvettes on the Water, the riverside weapons, Riceys Monaro the Bailey Aston, Phils Mustang and Losers mooted Corvette, it should be the best SS field in the past decade. Roll on 2012.

Phillip Island Final Kerrick Round

My highlight for the weekend was seeing the drivers, teams, wives and kids all together having a meal and drinks at Pino's talking about this year, and more importantly next year.

Another very big thankyou to Malcolm and the Kerrick team for shouting us all dinner and drinks.

Only a few years ago it was a "Blokes Only" weekend, now we are a more social bunch ready to catch up for a chat regardless of which team we support.

Congratulations to everyone who participated when they could in 2011 to keep our Series alive.

Bring on a bigger and better 2012.

toranaracer.

How good was that toranaracer!! A massive shout out to Malcolm Lees and the whole Kerrick team for their support of the night, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Since we all threw our cars over the scales after Qualifying, I'd be keen to find out what the rest of the field weighs..... Phil, do you have a list of car weights, might make for some interesting reading............

Yes I do and you are too heavy haha.
Interestingly most are well over weight nearing or over 1200KG's.
Wilber wins the heavy award at 1336kg
Lightest of the big cars is the Cox Saab at about 1150kg.

Well, I knew that already.........

I found that the scales at PI are pretty well "on the money" with our post Qually weigh-in comparing very closely to the setup we did on the scales at home.
