Those pics were screen scrapes from DVD's I have, hence their quality is not so good. Hopefully I will get a chance to throw up some more this week.

Upload the footage from your DVD onto Youtube!!!!

I was wondering how many Alfa's there were, in particular revolving around Basil. To my understanding (and please correct me if I am wrong) there was effectively two. The current car and the car pictured in the photo being run by Brian Smith. The older car ended up white and has not been seen on a race track for many years and was originally built by K&A engineering.

Of the other notable Alfa's there was the 2 Edmondson cars. The first one destroyed in that horrific accident in the early 80's and the replacement car which is still owned by Clearihan. There is another Alfa which Lawrence??? owns in Qld. It may have had a rotary in it and appeared at the Qld Raceway round of the national championship in 2005 or 2006. That car has a fantastic stance on the road.

Basils had around 4 Alfa's.
The one in the photo was built in Perth by aircraft and general (which is closed) in 1983.
The car racing now was build by K & A. The car now tho doesnt really resemble the K & A car anymore
The previous cars where running a for 302 and Alfa engines

That is Crick in the Elfin built Honda (with Sunroof) now owned by Charlie Senese beside Des. I think that is 91, the year he won the championship just from Monterosso.

Here is the original Smith Alfa for sale in the late 90's along with one of the other Alfa's that I mentioned earlier.
