hey... im very excited about next year already, there are atleast 5 or 6 new cars getting built just for the nationals, maybe some other cars that no one has heard about yet??

yeh would be good to see an early roll call or at least an idea of how many new guys are serious about
next year

possibilities off the top of my head

ricey - monaro
shane - bmw
young tamasi - 300zx?
bobby irvin - rx7 ??? - apparent upgrades this year
senese? - who ever knows!
someone buy walls car - needs to happen
someone buy loser's car - needs to happen even more
someone buy monterosso's car - promising unit

what are the 5 or 6 u speak of drew?

I am sure Shane Woodman would like to race the BMW next year if its completion date is late 2012 or early 2013. Maybe Riverside can comment??
I think the Rice Monaro still has a lot to be completed and my experience is it takes longer than you think if you want it done right. I think later in 2013 for Ricey but I hope he can prove me wrong.

The Tamasi's are making noise of bring 2 cars so let's hope this comes to fruition.
Senese is planning to be back but I do not know where he is in relation to achieving that.

A good steerer in Des's Corvette could win races so lets hope it goes to a good home.

The regulars will be back and Shane Bradford and I hope to battle for the TA honours in 2013. We hope Cammy returns as a regular TA also.

Hopefully Andy Brown will complete his TA Camaro and be seen in 2013.

Alan Ferguson and Dennis Runnings from Kiwiland have confirmed they will be based here in 2013 and running in the TA class so we will have our hands full trying to keep up with them. I think Dennis's son won a title in NZ and has shown to be quick.

As for the others I have heard nothing so cant write them in at all. Probably the last year for the Ricca Alfetta before it goes into a museum. Maybe Hossack can have a strong year and chalk up another title?

Will there be any minor or major rules changes/amendments for next year? or any proposed?

Awesome to hear of some more nz cars coming in, they generally have there cars cracking nicely!

Has anyone heard if billy cetin will run the camaro in the nationals? i believe that was his original intention

Wow the alfa in a museum...... There must be something in the works!

The tech reg changes have been sent to your state representatives. they have been passed by CAMS and will appear in the 2013 regs on line from CAMS from January 01.

Anthony Macready from NSW has a copy as does Chris Donnelly in Qld and Mark Nelson in Victoria.

No major changes, just some clearing up in some areas plus provision for some bonnet vents and a longer single plane wing.
