Hi All,

Just after some advice please as I have recently purchased a RX7 Sports Sedan and have run into a issue with the roll cage.

My car is currently CAMS log booked, I have just sat in the car with my helmet on and noticed the short bar next to my head is far to close for my comfort/safety, approx only 5mm between my head and the cage padding.

So my question is, can I simply remove/cut this extra bar out or at least shorten it to gain some height away from my helmet ?

I think you have to.
There is a regulation as to how close your head can be to the roll cage
